Accepting Vendors:

• Fine artists, illustrators, printmakers, jewelry designers, and artisans who bring original, hand‑crafted work that resonates with authenticity

• Vintage/Pop-Culture Clothing, Records, Comics, Curators

  Unique Oddities

• No food, Beverage, AI Art, or Amazon Resellers

Booth cost include

• 15$ Food/Beverage Voucher for Free Range Brewery Noda

• Vendors Must Supply their own tables/chairs

• No electricity provided

• Please keep in mind, this is an 18 year old and older event

• Vendor Space is limited to 4 x 6 ft spaces

Application and payment must be submitted at the same time to be considered an applicant.

• Once approved, payment will be collected. No refunds will be given

• Event will happen rain or shine

• Sting Station holds the right to refuse vendor applications

No tolerance policy for any hate, gang-related, political speech & images.

Schedule of events:

• Set-up May 15th 4:30

• Event officially runs

  • May 15th 6 - 11 pm

  • May 16th 11 am - 9:30 pm

• Must be cleaned up by 10:30 pm May 16th

• Any booth left in disarray has the potential to to be fined 100$

• Vendors must be active and set-up through the duration of the entire event

• Booths may be left & brought inside of Free Range Brewery overnight. Sting Station and Free Range Brewery are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items

• Funds can be held for up to 7 days. For application to be approved both application and payment need to be submitted together.

• Applications for vendors close May 1st
