Artists both will be provided with electricity, artist's tattoo table, light, trash can, and one folding chair. This event is rain or shine

Event-specific details, including dates, times, and locations, will be provided in the event description and communication. It is the Artist's responsibility to review this information and adhere to the event schedule

Artist will not hold StingStation, LLC or Free Range Brewery liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Artists agree to hold harmless StingStation, LLC, event center, its employees, agents, and volunteers, from any liability arising from participation in the event. Artists are required to carry their own liability insurance.

Incomplete applications may not be considered. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse an artists application

Artist fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or Artist withdrawal. Payments will be processed immediately upon acceptance into an event. Vendor fees cannot be transferred to other events or credited toward future participation. Vendors are responsible for submitting payments through the approved methods provided by the Organizer

Artists must comply with all local, state, and federal tattoo laws, including obtaining any necessary permits (e.g., sales tax permits, etc). Artist must go through permitting process with Mecklenburg County, NC Environmental Health Department. Artist may not tattoo at the event until approved by the listed department. In the event of permitting failure, there will be no refunds

The Organizer will promote the event through marketing efforts but does not guarantee attendance or sales. By submitting an application, Artists authorize the Organizer to use their business name, logo, and images of their products for marketing and promotional purposes.

NC requires tattoo client to be at least 18 years of age with a valid government identification.

Shoes with bottoms must be worn at all times. Clothing must not be more revealing than a normal bathing suit.

While this event is held at a brewery, it is up to the artist to determine that the client has not injected alcohol, is intoxicated, or under the influence or pregnant.

By submitting an application to become an approved artist, artist recognizes this form does not include insurance or health department forms. Those will be sent by StingStation via email.

No refunds if artist does not turn in health department forms to StingStation, LLC or tattoo insurance information 30 days at least 30 days prior to event (NO LATER THAN APRIL 15, 2026).

Artists give permissions to organizers to use images, videos, audio, and other items of themselves, work, and clients for marketing for this event and afterwards
