What is included in each Double Artist Booth:
Each station is equipped with a one tattoo bed, LED light, foldable chair, and trashcan per artist. Double Artist Booths include two in total, one for each artist.
Each station comes with a display table and black table cloth for the table

Cost of booth includes one Mecklenburg County, NC tattoo permit per artist (100$ each)
Funds can be held up to 7 days before approval. For approval both submission of application and payment need to be provided.

Use of shared artist space including hand washing sinks, a black and white printer, thermal transfer printer, tattoo stencil paper
Artists must provide their own tattoo insurance
Application and payment must be submitted at the same time to be considered an applicant. Once approved, payment will be collected. No refunds will be given
Shoes with bottoms must be worn at all times
Only individual sterile, one-time-use tattoo needle cartridges allowed
Beds must be covered in a way to prevent hazardous, blood-borne contamination while actively tattooing. Potential Fines for not covering beds. Bed covers/pads/etc. are to be supplied by the artist
All sharps MUST be placed in sharps containers. Sharps containers will be supplied by Sting Station
Please keep in mind, each artist must be approved by Mecklenburg County Environmental Health Department. This includes but does not limit to
Safe, equipment and hazardous handling procedures
Proper PPE & Cleaning agents
Appropriate tattoo machines, tattoo equipment set-up, and aseptic tattoo procedures
Each artist must have an appropriate consent form for their clients. This form will be viewed and approved by the the Health Department
Only those 18 years and older may receive a tattoo
Event Schedule:
Artist may set up starting 3:30 pm on Friday May 15th
Inspections will start at 4:30 pm on Friday May 15th
Once inspected, artist may begin tattooing. Official Event runs Friday May 15th 6 - 11pm and Saturday May 16th 11 am - 9:30 pm. Artist must be fully cleaned up by 10:30 pm
Any station left in disarray upon completion of the event can be charged with an additional 100$ Fee
No tolerance policy for any hate, gang-related, political speech & images.
Sting Station holds the right to refuse artist applications
